Driver’s Age
The minimum driver’s age is 19 years and the maximum driver’s age is 75 years.
A young driver surcharge of EUR 12 per day up to a maximum charge of EUR 120 per rental will apply for driver’s age from 19 years to 24 years.
A senior driver surcharge of EUR 12 per day up to a maximum charge of EUR 120 per rental will apply for driver’s age from 67 years to 75 years.
A charge of EUR 500 will apply if the young driver has a driving license less than 12 months.
Driver’s License
Drivers must hold a full and valid license for at least 12 months with no major endorsements. Also, a valid ID card or passport would be required at time of pick up.
National Driving License is accepted from European Union Nationals (including Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and Liechtenstein nationals).
ONLY card-type National Driving License is accepted from the below countries:

Customers coming from all other countries - An International Driver’s License (IDL) are mandatory. International driver license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.
The following documents are mandatory at the time of vehicle pick up: ID or Passport, Driving License, IDL and a valid Credit Card on the main driver’s name.
Insurance Coverage
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
It is included in your rental amount.
Collision damage waiver reduces the customer’s damage responsibility to the excess/deductible amount.
The excess amount for CDW depends on the vehicle groups:
The maximum excess amount for mini and economy vehicle groups is EUR 1200.
The maximum excess amount for compact, intermediate (4-5 door) and intermediate Wagon groups is EUR 1600.
The maximum excess amount for intermediate SUV and intermediate Van groups is EUR 1800.
The maximum excess amount for standard Van groups is EUR 2200.
The maximum excess amount for full size SUV groups is EUR 2500.
Third Party Liability Insurance (TPL)
It is included in your rental amount. Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a limited cover for personal injuries and material damages.
Please Note: 1. If the customer refuse to complete the Accident/Incident Declaration report, a charge of EUR 1500 per case will apply.
Excess Reduction
In the event of an accident, Super Collision Damage Waiver (Super CDW) reduces your excess amount to ZERO.
The price of Super CDW is EUR 50 per day for all vehicle groups.
If the renter opts for SCDW, a refundable deposit of EUR 350 will be held from the credit card.
Super CDW is optional and can be purchased at the rental desk. For more information please check at the rental desk.
Fees
There is no Airport fee.
Other fees:
1. Administration fee of EUR 30 per file will apply for fines.
2. Child seat upholstery cleaning fee of EUR 50 per rental will apply.
3. Smoking is strictly not allowed in the rented vehicle. A penalty fee of EUR 200 per rental will apply. A smoking tax of EUR 120 per rental will apply.
4. If the rented vehicle is returned in a dirty condition, a cleaning fee of EUR 100 per rental will apply.
5. If the vehicle keys are lost, a charge of EUR 250 per rental will apply.
6. If the vehicle documents are lost, a charge of EUR 200 per rental will apply.
7. Loss of accessories fee of EUR 100 per rental will, if any of the accessories are lost.
Roadside Assistance
Roadside assistance and towing service is available for an additional charge of EUR 10 per day up to a maximum charge of EUR 100 per rental. Relevant contact details and roadside assistance procedures will be given prior to the commencement of the hire.
Fuel Policy
You have to return the vehicle with same fuel amount as it was supplied to you at the time of pickup. In case of less fuel missing fuel will be charged at on your return. Unused fuel is not refundable. Fuel charges are payable at the rental desk unless otherwise stated. Supplier's fuel policy change from time to time, please confirm at rental counter.
Mileage Policy
Unlimited
Cross Border Travel
Cross border travel is not allowed.
In case of violation of this rule all protections lose their validity and a fine of EUR 1500 is applied.
VAT
VAT is included in the rental price. However, for all the optional extras or special equipment, or extra services, VAT would be levied separately.
Payment Methods and Deposit
Only Master Card and Visa credit cards are accepted and must be in the main renter's name while paying at the rental desk.
Cash, pre-paid cards and Debit Card are not accepted.
Deposit
A refundable deposit varying from EUR 1200 to EUR 2500 (depending on the vehicle group) will be held from the credit card until the car is returned.
Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection service is available only on request.
This service is available only around Bucharest and Ilfov district for an additional charge of EUR 100 per service.
Delivery and collection service to any other location is not available.
Out of Hours
Out of hours service is available for an additional charge of EUR 25 per service.
Out of hour fee of EUR 35 per service will apply on National/Public holidays.
Grace Period
for vehicle pick up:
2 hours of grace period is allowed only if the customer provides flight number and informs about the delay in advance. If the customer comes to pick the vehicle after the grace period an additional charge of EUR 50 per rental will apply.
for vehicle return:
2 hours of grace period is allowed. After the grace period an additional charge of EUR 50 per rental will apply.
Extras
Confirmation of Special Equipments depends upon the availability at the rental desk.
